Review Terms

The rules for client reviews written on RankGlobal: who may write one, how reviewers are verified, how reviews are moderated and what is published.

Who may write a review

Only a client who worked with the provider on a real project may review it. Employees, owners, contractors and agents of the provider may not review it, and neither may its competitors. One review per client per project.

Verification

Each reviewer is verified before a review can be published. We email a one-time link to the work address given; it is valid for 72 hours. Addresses at the provider’s own domain are refused. With a personal address (such as Gmail or Outlook), a LinkedIn profile is required and a moderator checks that it matches the name, title and company given.

Moderation

A review confirmed through a work email is published as soon as it is confirmed. It is held for a moderator first if it repeats an earlier review by the same person or company within 12 months, contains a web link, or is very short; reviews from personal email addresses are always checked by a moderator. Moderators may reject or later remove a review that breaks these terms or cannot be confirmed. A review is never removed because it is negative, and moderators do not change its wording.

What is published

Your name, job title and company, the project title and scope, budget band, duration, end month, your four ratings and their average, and your description of the outcome. Your email address and LinkedIn URL are never published. A published review shows that RankGlobal verified it, how, and on what date.

No payment, no provider editing

RankGlobal does not pay for reviews and does not accept payment to publish, remove or reorder them. Providers may ask clients for reviews but may not offer anything in return, and cannot edit or remove a review.

Your content

By submitting, you confirm the review is your own honest account and you agree that RankGlobal may publish it, together with your name, title and company, on the provider’s profile. To withdraw a published review, contact legal@rankglobal.ai from the address you used.
