Badges

Badges are earned from client reviews

A firm in the top 10 of a RankGlobal ranking can show its place on its own website with a badge that always reflects where it stands today.

Earned, never sold

A firm earns a badge by placing in the top 10 of a ranking. Rankings are ordered by specialist score (focus and evidence first, then client ratings and reviews); no one can pay for a badge or a better place.

Only from real rankings

A ranking awards badges once it lists at least 5 firms. Sponsored placements sit outside the rankings and never earn one.

Always the current place

The badge is an image RankGlobal serves, so it shows the firm's place today. If the firm leaves the top 10, the same code shows "Listed on RankGlobal" instead of an old claim.

A plain link to the profile

The embed code links to the firm's own RankGlobal profile, using the firm's name. It never carries keyword links.

How to add a badge

  1. Find the firm in the directory and open its profile.
  2. Under “Where it ranks”, open “Badges for its website”. Every ranking where the firm is in the top 10 has a badge.
  3. Copy the embed code and paste it into the firm’s website.
